We are Spanish manufacturers of cosmetic products specialized in the development and production of hair products. We manufacture and sell our own brands as well as we do private label manufacturing.
Our experience began in 1932 when we entered the world of manufacturing hair products and, 50 years later, in 1982 we created Profesional Cosmetics S.A.
Currently, we have a presence in more than 50 countries on the 5 continents of the world, where we sell our brands and those of third parties, offering our clients a complete “turnkey” private label service. All managed from our headquarters in Barcelona!
We have an exclusive department for the manufacture of private label, which provides the customer who is looking for the manufacture of its own brand, a fast and direct service with the factory.
We have more than 6,000 m2 dedicated to the manufacture of cosmetic products. We comply with all European legislation for the manufacture of cosmetics.
The weighing, manufacturing and packaging areas are located inside clean rooms that have regulated and filtered air F9 to guarantee a clean and controlled atmosphere. This avoids possible contamination in cosmetic products.
All our formulas are developed in our research, development and innovation R+D+i laboratory. In addition, our technical team is constantly studying new ingredients and active principles to improve and adapt all our products to the demands and trends of the different markets in which we are present.
The goal is to offer a quality product. For this reason, we put a lot of emphasis on everything we do, we take care of every detail and leave nothing to chance. Our chemical specialists are aware of each step of the production process of each product, from its creation until it enters the production process. In addition, all batches pass strict quality controls until they are released for subsequent packaging.
Our company is certified with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, which is the basis of the quality management system, and the UNE-EN ISO 22716:2007 certification, which includes the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) evaluated by the International Standard Organization (ISO) and that guarantee the highest quality in the field of cosmetics worldwide.
These standards require the use of quality systems as in the pharmaceutical industry and that affect all processes, facilities, supply of raw materials and packaging materials, manufacturing, quality control, storage and distribution of cosmetic products, as well as in administrative management.
And this is our philosophy: to continuously improve to guarantee quality in the manufacture of cosmetic products.
We are a company committed to the environment. For this reason, we have optimized processes to be a "zero waste" company, that is, we do not create manufacturing waste, since our production system promotes the use of the entire product in the packaging.
We send the possible remains of products and materials that we receive from our suppliers to a specialized recycling plant.
We want to be by your side and make your job easier. For this reason, our technical team offers assistance throughout the process of registration and notification of cosmetic products. In this way, the process is more effective and agile.
