Splendide Neutralizer

Perm neutralizer Splendide, economical use due to its mixture 1 + 1 with water.

Key ingredients

Conditions hair and provides strong, energetic and lasting curls.

How to use it?

Once the perm is done and having rinsed hair, mix 50 ml of Neutralizer Splendide with 50 ml of water in a non-metallic bowl.
Apply half of the mixture on the curlers ensuring a perfect impregnation of the product.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
Unroll curlers and apply the remaining mixture of Neutralizer Splendide.
Leave for 5 minutes and rinse your hair carefully, then style as usual.
